No contienen código propio, no piden ningún permiso, no acceden a internet y no tienen cuentas, anuncios, analítica ni compras dentro.

Privacy policy

Esferario · Watch faces for Wear OS · Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Versión en español

In short: Esferario's watch faces do not collect, store, share or send any data.

This privacy policy applies to every Wear OS watch face that Esferario publishes on Google Play under the developer name "Esferario". Today these are:

What data the watch faces process

None. The watch faces are built with Google's Watch Face Format: a declarative design that the watch itself renders. They contain no code of their own, request no permissions, have no internet access and include no accounts, ads, analytics or in-app purchases. There is nothing in them that could collect data or send it anywhere.

What you see on the screen

Some watch faces show data that is already on the watch: the time and date, the battery level, the day's steps or the information of the complications you choose (for example, unread notifications). That data comes from the watch's system or from the apps you have installed; the watch face only draws it on the screen and never stores it or sends it to Esferario or to anyone else. How the watch and those apps handle it is described in their own privacy policies.

Buying on Google Play

The watch faces are bought and installed from Google Play. Google handles the purchase, the payment and the installation under its own privacy policy. Esferario does not receive your payment details. The order details Google shows the developer to handle a refund or an issue are used only for that and never leave Google's tools. Aggregated install and sales figures and the text of public reviews, without names, may be kept in Esferario's internal records to follow how the watch faces are doing and improve them.

If you write to us

If you write to hola@esferario.com, your address and what you tell us are used only to reply and resolve your request: that is our legitimate interest in answering whoever writes to us. They are kept while the request is open and deleted when it is closed, unless they must be kept for a claim. They are not added to any list or passed on to anyone; the mailbox is provided by Zoho and, to prepare replies, we may use assistance tools from Anthropic, which receive only what the request needs and process that text on Esferario's behalf. At the same address you can ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected or have it deleted; if you think we have not answered as we should, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

This site's mailing list

The mailing list is separate from the watch faces, which still collect nothing: it belongs to this site only and signing up changes nothing on the watch. If you sign up on the home page, your email address is used only to send you an email when a new Esferario watch face comes out. The basis is your consent, which you confirm with the link in the email you receive when you sign up. The list is run by Brevo SAS (France), which stores the data in the European Union and processes it on Esferario's behalf as a data processor, together with the details it records about the subscription and its confirmation; when you send the form you go to a Brevo page, with its own privacy policy. Your address is not passed on or sold to anyone and is kept while you stay on the list. To unsubscribe, use the link in every email or write to hola@esferario.com, where you can also ask for your address to be deleted and exercise the other rights in the previous section.

Children

The watch faces are not aimed at children under 13 and collect no data from anyone, whatever their age.

This page

This page uses no cookies or trackers. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, as described in the GitHub privacy statement.

Changes

If anything changes (for example, a new watch face that shows another piece of watch data), this page is updated and the date above changes. A published watch face does not change what it does without a new version on Google Play.

Who is responsible

The controller is the owner of Esferario, the name under which they publish on Google Play; their identification details are those shown on Esferario's developer page on Google Play and will be repeated here, in this site's legal notice, once it is up. Contact: hola@esferario.com.
